Neil Parsons is known for Abstract, Native American, non-objective art. Neil Tall-Eagle Parsons is a member of the Southern Pikuni and was born and raised on the Blackfeet Reservation in Browning, Montana. Neil Parsons was a founding faculty member of the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
